Step 1.

Members are expected to pay ICAN e - library subscription fee of NGN2,000 per annum at any of the designated banks listed below.

Step 2.

Members must indicate membership number, surname, first name, middle name in full and mobile phone number on the bank teller.

Step 3.

Subscribed members are to send the above details to the email below

Upon the receipt of the above by the librarian, the Username and Password would be sent to member's email address within one week after payment to any Zenith Bank Plc or UBA Plc.
