ISSUANCE OF TRANSCRIPTS/VERIFICATION OF RESULTS

• Written application indicating destination of transcripts.

• Payment of processing fee of N7,500.

• Applicant must attach the following to the application before submission:

1. Photocopy of ICAN Certificate (for members only).
2. Photocopy of exemption certificate (if applicable).
3. Photocopies of passed results (Not compulsory).
4. One recent passport photograph.
5. Duplicate copy of receipt of payment.

• Applicant is to pay all indebtedness (i.e membership/student Annual Subscription /Development levy) before transcript is processed.
