Issuance of Transcripts/Verification of Results

    Written application indicating destination of transcripts.
    Payment of processing fee of N7,500.00.
    Applicant must attach the following to the application before submission.

1.    Photocopy of Passed Results (Not Compulsory)
2.    Photocopy of Exemption Certificate (If Applicable)
3.    One recent passport Photograph
4.    Duplicate copy of receipt for payment

NOTE
    Applicant is to pay all indebtedness (i.e. ATSWA Studentship/AAT Member Annual Subscription/ Development levy) before transcript is processed.
