ISSUANCE OF TRANSCRIPTS / VERIFICATION OF RESULTS Scheme

A written application indicating the destination/address of the transcript. The applicants phone numbers, membership/registration number must be clearly indicated in the application letter, the recipient’s e-mail address as well as physical address inclusive.

Pay N20,000.00 processing fee (make a pay direct at any commercial bank in Nigeria).You can make payment on pay direct or web pay directly into ICAN e-COLLECTION accountat any Commercial Bank in Nigeria and obtain your payment receipt or pay into this;
Zenith bank account. (Account No: 1012148456).Indicate that it is for Professional Transcript if you use Zenith bank Account] for ease of reconciliation.

The following should be attached to the application letter before submission:

1. Photocopy of ICAN Certificate (where applicable)
2. Photocopy of exemption certificate (if applicable).
3. Photocopies of passed results. (State the diet and year you passed each level).
4. One recent passport photograph
5. Duplicate copy of receipt of payment/teller.

Applicant is to pay all indebtedness (i.e membership/student Annual Subscription/Development levy) before transcript is processed.

POSTAGE RATES FOR TRANSCRIPTS

Applicants who wish that the hard copy of their transcripts should be mailed to the recipients should pay for the postage and attach evidence of payment in addition to the processing fee of N20,000.00.
